Import/Export Wizard

I can not get the wizard option to show on the file menu. I looked on the local help menu and it talkes about making sure the local windows language settings matched that of the ones within outlook. Did that but still no Import/Export wiz...
Anyone have any insight on this issue??

Make sure you have installed it during setup. To make sure insert your
Outlook/Office CD ans start setup. Choose to install extra components and
expand Outlook to see whether the Inport Export wizard is installed
