Import font

I now have a new computer with Office 2003 Basic. My old computer had Office
2000 Professional, which had the font Engravers MT. Office 2003 Professional
has this font, but not the basic version for some obscure reason. How can I
transfer Engravers MT from my old computer onto a CD? MS Online gives full
details as to how to install a new font, but not how to copy it from another
computer. I use this font for private headed paper, so it is quite important
for me to get it onto my new computer!

Copyright issues aside, you could try copying the font file from
the C:\Windows\Fonts folder in the old computer to the
corresponding folder in the new computer, and then restarting the
new computer.

I got to basically the same conclusion thinking about the problem in bed last
night! Am pleased to say that the font is now safely and legally ensconced on
my new computer by putting the font onto a disc and following the Online
instructions for installing a new font (HA010947421033).
