import HTML code into Word

I need to import the code of an HTML file into Word. The problem is that
whenever I open an HTML file in Word, it shows the browser view without any
option of how you actually want to view it. How would I open an HTML to view
the code? I could copy and paste the code from Notepad but I have so many
files that it becomes very tedious.

Method 1: change the file extension to TXT. The Word will open it as a text
file.

Method 2: open it using 'Recover text from any file' (Under Files of Type on
the Open Dialog).

I'm familiar with the method you describe but I need a way to do this with
files with .htm extensions.

Sorry, I just noticed your suggested Method #2, and it did the job perfectly.
Thank you!
