Hello,

I hope you can help. How can I import an HTML signature into Entourage please? I have created the signature as a html file and want to import this.

Thanks for your advice

You might need to link to the signature stored on your server. Have you
considered that not everyone will appreciate your bloated signature they
will have to store in their database over and over and over?

Hi Diane,

Thanks for this info. However, the link below is not working. Is there a new location to access the templates please? I'm afraid the scripts by Rob Buckley and Paul Berkowitz are also not working so I cannot do good with these either. Any other ideas please?

Mactopia has some great templates for creating HTML Signatures. Entourage Signatures and Backgrounds. Use these as a starting point to design your own signatures. Here is an example of a signature I created using a template.

Hi Diane,

To answer your second post, the css only adds some dotted lines and some colour to the sig. I hope this will not upset anybody.

Works for me. Try this one in case it was truncated.

Another option is to use one of the third party text expander applications
that allow you to insert a graphic sig like TypeIt4Me, Typinator

TypeIt4Me <http://www.ettoresoftware.com/products/typeit4me/>

TextExpander <http://www.smileonmymac.com/TextExpander/>

Typinator <http://www.ergonis.com/products/typinator/>

Just saw where the Make Hyperlinks script is broken for Entourage 2008. You
can try these scripts:

Send Complex HTML X

Compare the size of a message with your graphic inserted and one with a
plain text message. What's the difference in size? Did you select a size
that can be read by everyone? These links offer suggestions on signatures.
