Import Outlook2003 PST into Outlook2000

Is it possible to open an Outlook 2003 Pst with Outlook 2000?

We have a situation coming where we may be required to do so.

Not if it's in the new Unicode format, no.

It depends if you used the new PST format introduced with OL2003. If you
did, simply create a new PST in the old format and copy the items to the new
(old format) PST file.

No.
The only way you can transfer data from Outlook 2003 to earlier versions is
to use Outlook 2003 to create a PST file in "Outlook 97-2002" format.
