Import QuarkXPress document to Microsoft Publisher?

Someone is sending me a brochure file created with QuarkXpress (not sure
which version). I have Microsoft Publisher 2003. Can I import the Quark
file or content into Publisher? Or can publisher open and convert a Quark
file?
