Import resources

Hello:

I would like to know how I can import resource from SQL
Server when I'm working on line (connect to Project
Server).

When I work offline, I don't have problems to import
resources. I use the option -> Add resources from
Microsoft Project Server and then I connect to Project
Server. After doing that I can see in the dialog box all
the resources that I have added previously with Web
Access. But if I work on line, using the same option, in
the dialog box, doesn't appear the resources.

What can I do?

Thanks for your help. Can you tell me how I can create
a Enterprise Resource Pool. Are they created from one
project in Project Professional, saved in the tables of
SQL Server (how??) and then the rest of the projects can
import these resources??
