IMPORT TO BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER FROM EXCELL

WANT TO IMPORT DATA BASE FROM ACCES OR EXCELL INTO BCM. EACH RECORD HAS COMPANY DETAILS AS WELL AS PEOPLE DETAILS EG NAME AND TEL NO. HOW CAN I GET THIS INTO BCM ACCOUNTS AND BUSINESS CONTACTS. SO FAR HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THE PERSONS NAME INTO ACCOUNTS. IT SEEMS TOP ME THAT BCM USES TWO TABLES AND RELATED FORMS ONE FOR THE THE PEOPLE (BUSINESS CONTACTS) AND ONE FOR THE COMPANY (ACCOUNTS). THE ACCOUNTS FORM DOES NOT SEEM TO PICK UP THE PRINCIPLE CONTACT FIELD. hAVE TRIED TO MAP THE IMPORT BUT NO LUCK SO FAR ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED. THANKS

HELP!! I really need some help on this problem. Does anyone know where I could get some information from. Has anyone got a comment on the Microsoft pay per incident support? or can you suggest anyother ideas?? HELP

I am not sure about being able to import from excel into BCM. The support
for BCM, I know they will be able to answer no problem
