Import to Project from Excel

I want to export from Excel to Project in such a way as to append the Excel data to an existing project. Is this possible using the import/export mapping or some other means. Or is this a custom solution?

Hello Bob,
Yes, its possible !
File / Open / Files of type : Microsoft Excel Workbook (*.xls)... / Open /
.... and 2 or 3 clicks after you can select : "Append the data to the active
project"
