I have been battling computers and outlook for 3 yrs now and have all my contact info stuck on floppys or cds, I successfully imported it on my desktop computer by copying it to desktop, rt clik read attributes off then importing, both have office xp installed and yet my laptop won't do this same procedure...I keep getting not a .pst file, can I avoid this error by deleting default files in outlook since I don't have any data here yet? if so..where do I locate such files? PLEASE help me be done with this junk. This is ridiculous!
