Importing ID and password problems

I downloaded Frontpage onto my old computer (which
crashed) and now that I have a new computer, I'm running
into this problem.

I've reinstalled and can open Frontpage. But when I click
on File and then import, a box comes up asking for ID and
password. There does not appear to be any means of
sending an inquiry to find out what these are and I never
entered any information into these fields before. There
is also a key symbol present.

Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
