Importing .mbox files into Entourage 2004 (HTML/XML code inline)

Hi there.
Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm trying to import a number
of .mbox format files into Entourage and I'm encountering some
problems. I created the .mbox files with the following process:

i) Imported 2x .pst files into Outlook 2007 (no problems)
ii) Imported Outlook 2007 emails into Thunderbird (no problems)
iii) Renamed the Thunderbird mail files as .mbox (no problems)
iv) Dragged the .mbox files one by one to Entourage 2004 (imports
without error dialog)

The emails are fine if they're plain text emails. Emails with
formatting in them (HTML/XML) are not displayed as rich emails, the
markup code is displayed in the email, along with the contents of the
email body.

So, my question: is there a workaround for this problem? I've set
Entourage to read and write HTML emails and tried reimporting, same
thing.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

See Dave Riches' tutorial, it will probably help finding out what you did
wrong.
