importing PST backup files to a new Outlook installation

I am trying to transfer ooutlook 2000 on pc to outlook 2003 laptop. Where do
I copy the outlook 2000 on the laptop hard drive.

I copied the pst file to my documents on the laptop hard drive so how does it
know there are 2 pst files. The copied file on my laptop says officebackup

Data\Microsoft\Outlook
is the default location - do NOT overwrite any existing pst
