Importing pst contact files from msoffice2003 to office mac

My wife uses an imac g4 10.4 with ms entourage. I have imported from my pc
ms office 2003 pst contact files as csv files into Entourage but results are
horrible. Will using office mac 2004 allow interchangeability of the pst
files from pc to mac?
