Importing table to database with relations doesn't work!

Hi,

I have a problem with importing table over existing one. I have a huge
database with with tables whitch are related with each other. Most of
the tables have primary keys and tables are indexes.

Not the thing is that when I try to update data (import new data from
..txt file over existing table) Access won't allow me to do this.

This would be essential for me to do to get most up2date data from
other system.

Any ideas ?
