importing to Outlook

Please help!!! I have set up a group e-mail list of about
500 names in Outlook Express 6. I just got a new
computer with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I was able
to export the group list from my old computer but I can't
import the names into new computers address book.

Can anyone help me?
