when i try to import a backup pst.file to outlook it tell
me that (the source and destnation folder for this
operation cannot be the same.)How do I get my informaion
back.

Just open the .PST file in Outlook via File | Open. Make sure the file is
not marked read-only.

Don't import it. Click File>Open>Outlook Data File (if you're using Outlook
2002) or File>Open?Personal Folder File (for 2000).
