improper email account settings

when the correct email account settings are loaded in
outlook they are incorrectly reproduced on the outgoing
mail. for instance: adress filled in is (e-mail address removed)
when email is sent the receiver does get the reply
adress: (e-mail address removed)
is anyone familiar with this? what is the solution?
