In Excel 2000, can you use the name of a worksheet in a formula?

I have someone who wants to link a cell to a cell in another worksheet, but
wants the name of the worksheet to be part of the formula so that when the
worksheet tab name changes, the formula will work on whatever the name has
been changed to.
