IN NY...datylight savings time problem

[EMAIL TIME STAMP PROBLEM, DAYLIGHT SAVIN]

since we didn't change clocks back in NY an hour. emails going out and coming
in are showing an HOUR BEHIND...how do I change?

go to windows update and make sure the latest time zone updates were
installed. if they were, contact the email admin and ask them to fix the
server time.
