The working file is too big for my computer to handle when making a
newsletter on publisher. Is this perhaps due to the amount of photos
available to 'undo"? How can I limit the number of undos stored for each
page?

Can you limit the number of undo?
I looked in SEARCH and all I came up with was "trapping" which was in the
commercial settings. Not sure if that relates but the Office Assistent
thought it did (from "limit number of undo")
There's the VIEW >PICTURE DISPLAY that has settings to change it to a
lower quality (or no picture showing at all) which would reduce the size of
the overall publication, I would think. It says on it, even if you reduce
the quality you see when setting it up, it still prints good quality.
I have Publisher 2000.
Of course, there may be a better answer than this, that someone here who
knows will tell you.
I know what you mean, though, Paint Shop Pro has this in PREFERENCES. To
limit or set the number of undo you can use for any one picture. I don't
see anything like that in Publisher. But, I'm NOT an expert (just like to
find answers myself, just to know)
