In search of two things

I am searching for two things:

1. Script or Code for a form to email multiple attachments
from within the form.

2. Script or Code for uploading to an FTP site without
allowing the uploader to see the contents of the FTP site
itself. Something along the line of the email attachment
form, but to an FTP site instead.

Any Assistance or direction to assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
