In the "Connect to" dialog box I can't delete old User Names from drop down list & Passwords will no

When I publish my website the "Connect to" dialog box opens and requests the
Remote Site "User name:" and the "Password:," as it should, however, I have
two problems regarding the "Connect to" dialog box:

#1 I'm unable to DELETE old and no longer desired User Names from the drop
down list.

#2 I enter the password, check the "Remember my password" check box, and
click the "OK" button. FrontPage successfully connects to the Remote Site
server and I can view and/or publish the files on the Remote Site server.
PROBLEM: The Password is NOT "Remembered" and must be entered again each
time I open FrontPage and the "Connect to" dialog box.
(i.e. I have the "Memorize Password" function in Microsoft Internet Explorer
set to "Enable" and login information including passwords ARE properly saved
on websites that allow this information to be saved.)

Any assistance will be GREATLY appreciated.
