In Word (Office 2003) how can I easily do a page of ruled lines?

I am trying to produce a text box covering most of an A4 page which contains
feint ruled lines for school children who are trying to neaten up their
handwriting. Anybody have any ideas if this possible? I really can't face
measuring out and ruling 100+ lines!

You can use either a table with Horizontal Inside borders (and Exact row
height of the desired amount) or paragraphs with same. You can make the
lines broken or dotted if desired, and you can use any color, including
grey.

To apply a Horizontal Inside border to paragraphs (instead of just a Bottom
border, which will affect only the last paragraph), you must select at least
two paragraphs before accessing the Format | Borders and Shading dialog.
Once you've applied the border to a couple of paragraphs, you can just keep
pressing Enter to get more. Use the paragraph line spacing (Format |
Paragraph) to adjust the distance between lines.
