INBOX PERMISSION - DELEGATE CONTROL

When a user's has permission of her bosses inbox and
delegate control, and then the boss goes home with his
laptop and uses MS OUTLOOK 2002 and the user in the office
cant see her bosses inbox anymore? Is there a solution to
this?
