Incoming email - missing time and date column

C

Colleen Lill

I am just setting up Outlook 2000 and using it for the first time.

In my Inbox, I want the time and date of an email to show in the date
column. All it shows is "none". I have changed my settings to show the
date format that I want, however nothing shows in the date column.

How can I correct this?

Perhaps the field you are using is not the correct one? The "Received"
column normally is what I use to get that information, does that not
work for you?
