Incorrect Sent Time in Outlook 2000

I use IMO, not Exchange, and the time that messages show
as sent on recepient's computer is one hour earlier than
they are actually sent, even though my PC clock is
accurate. Any advice on this?

In OL try; Tools/Options/Preferences/Calendar Options
check time zone & daylight saving settings
