index.html problem

I used a frameset of 3 frames on my index.html. Somehow
now when you click on a hover button to go to another page
that frame changes to the linked pages and the new pages
only show in that one frame. The other two frames which
should change stay the same - I have about 9 hover buttons
on my index.html and they all do the same thing, it'slike
the two frames on the index.html are overlapping the
linked pages and not closing when you change pages.If I
use the preview tab all the pages work fine only in the
browser it fails. Don't know what happened when something
was modified on the index.html page to cause this. Any
suggestions of how to troubleshoot would be appreciated.
