InfoPath software requirements

We are a startup SaaS organization. Our software is 100% web-based using
Windows Server and SQL. We plan to use InfoPath to design forms for our
customers. Each customer may have forms unique to them or their organization.

I am trying to understand what software we need to deploy infoPath in this
environment.

Forms Services
SharePoint 3.0 (part of windows) OR SharePoint 2007

BTW, if you want web-based forms, you need either Forms Server 2007 + WSS
3.0 OR SharePoint 2007 Enterprise + WSS 3.0. Also see
