insert a picture

I'm using FrontPage 2003 and am trying to insert a picture to a page from the
image folder within the website. When I click on insert, it looks for a file
on my computer and I can't find how to navigate to the image folder on the
web. Help pls.

make sure the Folder List is open and drag the filename in the folder list to
the webpage and it will add the picture to your page.
