Insert-> Files as Printouts greyed out and no print to OneNote pri

I'm running Vista Business x64. I installed office SP1 almost immediately
after my office enterprise install, so I'm not sure if the printer existed
before SP1.

I tried the fix at
http://blogs.msdn.com/descapa/archive/2008/02/06/how-to-fix-missing-printer-icon.aspx
but I was not able to find the OneNote addon. (I'm using IE8 beta, does that
matter?) I also did a reinstall of OneNote (with reboot and CCleaner between
uninstall/install), didn't work. I then did a reinstall of the whole office,
that didn't work either. Is there anyway to fix my problem? :(

Also a side question, I manually deleted all the onenote folders in AppData
and the default notebooks in Documents. Problem is only two of the default
notebooks came back after the reinstall. The one with all the OneNote
tutorials are gone. Is there anyway to add it back?

Thanks in advance

The OneNote printer is unavailable on 64bit OS. There is no workaround.
Sorry :(

Go to File->Open->Section, navigate to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office12\1033" (you'll need to change 1033 to some other number
if US English isn't your install language), and open ONGuide.onepkg. The
new notebook wizard will come up, and will allow you to specify where to
unpack the guide to.
