Insert image macro help

I have a word 2000 document with a table inserted. What I need to do is
develop a macro that would use the forminsertpicture function and when
executed it would:
--open the windows explorer window
--when the picture is selected
---unlock the form
---insert the picture at the current cursor location
---lock the form
---sumulate pressing the tab key to move to the next field.
