Insert page from another Publisher file

I am trying to insert a page from one Publisher doc into another Publisher
doc. I don't want to COPY/PASTE since that would mean I would have to
reformatt the text.
Help.

If it is only one page, use the Painter tool. Open help and read how to use it.
Copy/paste from one Publisher document to another doesn't change the formatting,
have you tried?

If it is only one page, use the Painter tool. Open help and read how to use it.

It is multiple, single-pages. I am creating a yearbook and I have to insert
individual pages from 36 individual Publisher files into another Publisher
file.

Not familiar with the "Painter" tool. I'll check it out.

Copy/paste from one Publisher document to another doesn't change the formatting,

I have tried. I SELECT ALL, and COPY from DOC1. Then I PASTE into DOC2. The
original text from DOC1 has multiple attributes (different sizes, faces,
styles). When I PASTE, all the font defaults to the attributes of the first
text on the page so the entire page has 30 pt, bold text.
If it weren't for this anomaly, the COPY/PASTE solution would suit me fine.

Any other ideas?

I guess it comes down to a question of which is more work. The method above
or reformatting text 36 times (once for each page inserted).

If you copy the TEXT BOX rather than the text within it, text should
stay the same (you may have to play with the Paste Options buttons to
make it do so, but still...) - only reformatting is re-linking any
linked stories.

If you group and lock everything on the page then Copy/Paste...you can get
it done in 36 minutes.
