Insert/Picture/From File URL error

Hi,

Whilst developing a stencil, I have need to load a
picture from a URL, using shape.Import(URL).

On some machines this works, on others it doesn't
generating a "Must have a fully qualified name" error.

I have repeated this functionality by doing
Insert/Picture/From File and providing a URL instead of a
filename. Again - on some machines it works, others it
doesn't. All machines are running either Visio2002 or
Visio for Enterprise Architects.

The error seems to generate 2 entries in the event logs:
1015 and 11728 - all related to MSI Installer.

Any ideas,
