Inserted images and pasted text is the wrong color in publisher.

When I insert a picture (jpg) from file or scan it in, it places it as a
green picture even though I scanned as a full color. Also copied black text,
when pasted into publisheris pasted in green? Am I missing a default setting.
Everything I try to insert or past is green.

It? Did you actually visit the support website
of your video adapter's manufacturer?

Sounds to me as though you are using a single colour or a spot colour. Use
the Tools menu and select Commercial printing Tools and then select Color
Printing and set your colours to "Any color (RGB)". Your inserted pictures
should now return to their correct full colour but you will need to change
the text colour of any existing text manually because it will probably have
"stuck". All new projects will default to standard full colour without
needing any manual changes.
