Inserted picture disappears from text in printview; why?

I produced a 2-column page with a photograph inserted so the text flowed down
one side of it; I have done this before with no problem. Now with this
particular page the photograph disappears in print view and does not print. I
have no idea why...a different page with an insertwed photgraph taking up the
width of the column -i.e., no text around it - prints OK.

It is probable that the picture that prints is inserted in line and the one
that doesn't is 'floating', in which case check tools > options > print >
drawing options to allow the floating image to print.
