Please help me on inserting a comment in a Microsoft Word
document - in audio. (This is for a friend, by the way).
She tries to record the message and it appears to be
taking it. However, it will not play back. Does that
mean no microphone? She has checked control panel and the
sound device (Maestro) seems to be working properly. What
are all the things we can check? Thanks soooo much!
