Inserting a Picture

It's easy to insert a picture into a word document.
Insert, picture from file
Format picture.. Layout: picture behind text, advanced:
unchecked the "move object w/text". So I can move the
picture around the word document without disrupting the
text. (Question: how do I format the whole document to
automatically apply this when I insert a picture from file)
(I don't want to have to do this to every picture I insert
into my word document... I want word to do it
automatically for each picture)
I have: Microsoft Office XP... Thanks for your help!

Well, I have half an answer for you... to set the layout to "behind
text" by default, click on Tools | Options | Edit | Insert/paste
pictures as: Behind Text. I'm not sure how to make "don't move object
w/ text" the default though. You might have to do that manually to each
picture. HTH.
