Inserting a .wmv file

Is there a way to insert a .wmv (windows media audio/video file)? I created
it with Windows Movie Maker. I see in help that I can insert an .avi, but
can't figure out how to save it as .avi.

If you inserted an .avi directly into the page, it wouldn't have start/stop
controls anyway. Without additional coding, it would play on load. I have
some examples for inserting .wmv files in HTML with some WMP controls you
might find useful.
