Inserting comments

Is it possible to insert comments in Publisher. We wish
to produce a document for use in schools with
instructions for the pupils that show on demand but not
print out?

You can put comments in the scratch area on the sides of the publication
(and top/bottom), which will not print. You could also put them on the
background (Masterpage), but when you go to print, you don't print the
master page.
