inserting drop down menus

Hi and many thanks for your help.

I am creating a presentation and am using visio to do this and then copying
into power point. I would like to add in a table and create a drop down menu
so that as I am going through the questions with the audience I can select
the answer from the list and enter it. Just looks a littler slicker than
typing it in.
