inserting pdf in a frontpage page

how do i insert a pdf in a frontpage 2003 web page. i need to have people
click on a link and be able to download a pdf bulletin.

Import the .pdf file into your website, then create a link to it.
Users will have to right-click the link and choose "Save target as"
(wording changes for different browsers) to save the file - left
clicking will (usually) open the file in their browsers from where it
can be saved.
Or place the .pdf into a .zip compressed folder and link to the .zip -
this will always download without problems, but the pdf has to be
extracted.
