Inserting ".tif" picture into Word document

I can insert a ".jpg" picture into a Word document, but I recently tried to
insert a ".tif" picture and had a problem. A list of options for
"translating" it came up and I didn't know which to select. Anybody know?

Or, could I change the ".tif" picture to a ".jpg" picture? How?

Or, anybody have other suggestions?

Was wondering if you've found a solution. We have one installation out of 6
that this same thing happens to. Rose
