Inserting Video using object

I understand there are two ways to insert video into PPT.
I am trying to insert using INSERT- OBJECT- MEDIA CLIP
but it does not show on the drop down list. Using XP Pro
and Office 2003 SP-1. Any help appreciated.

Hi Roger,

Go with, Insert, Object, Create from File, browse for file and select the
one you want.
