I would like to send Xmas greeting to friends via email. When email opens I would like the file to play. How do you do this. I do not want to send it as an attachment. Using xp professional and outlook 2002

* Set message format to HTML and enabled Word as your e-mail editor
* Start a new message
* Put cursor in body of message
* Right click on menu/toolbar and select web tools
* Select speaker button to insert a wav/mid

Due to the Swen virus, all e-mails sent to this account will be deleted
w/out reading.

got it!!! but I don't want to use Word to edit. I am using this goofy program with outlook, called Incredimail and I really like it.. now how do I get them to work together and to play the wav on open.

I am getting Office 2003... perhaps that will eliminate the problem of wanting to use multiple elements in email.

PS: Will Office 2003 (outlook) have a different look from the win 2k that I am accustomed to? I hope so.
