InsertXML of XML containing field of type wdFieldAddin

I want to insert a field by inserting XML (InsertXML) containing the XML of a
field of type 'add-in' with Data attached to this field. After XML insertion,
I want to check the value of Data by checking the Data property of the field
but only the first character of data I have inserted is returned!!
If I save and close the document and check the Data property of this field
it has the right value!

I want to do that with insertXML because I want to do several operations in
"one undoable operation"!
