install EPS

I want to know if i can install EPS with EXchanage in same server ?
shall i bought ( CAL ) for users ,if i want to be connected through outlock?

Post Project Server questions to the project.server group for better
answers. In the meantime, you can do this, Project Server has been installed
on a small business server, but you will be limited in performance. What
your limits will be will depend on configuration, network etc.

However, it is not a recommended thing to do. If you need to rebuild your
project server after your pilot, then you don't want to rebuild exchange as
well!
