Installation and CAL question

Hello experts,
I just got our copy of Project Pro 2007. I have installed it and all is
working great. In the box, I saw the paper for the CAL and am a little
confused....

In researching Project Pro (before we bought it), I read somewhere that it
came with one licensing of the Project Server to use with the software. Is
this the case AND is that what the CAL is for in this?

Thank you for understanding my "beginner's question"

The CAL (Customer Access License) is for you to use to interact with Project
Server. Project Server itself is a separate license and depending on the
number of users required one or more servers to run on. Users can read
schedules via Project Web Access, but scheduling is still done in Project
Professional.

Project Server is for managing the information for multiple projects, but
benefits organizations or teams with a relatively mature approach to project
management and scheduling.
