install office2003 over officexp?

I have officexp (small bus edition I think) on a windowsxp operating system

can I intall office2003 over it?

or do I have to remove officexp first?

after I install office2003 on this computer, can I install the officexp on
another computer?

If you want to install Office 2003, you can either remove the previous
version or install on top as an upgrade.

As Office XP SBE is only an OEM product, you will be unable to install it to
another computer as it is married to the computer on which it came.
