Installation of Office 2003 Pro on Home Network

R

Richard

Can I install Office 2003 on a home network so that my
children can use Word and maybe Excel and Powerpoint
without buying a new version for each computer? If so,
how do I go about doing this?

Thanks

No, Office cannot be installed on a Home Network unless you are using a
Terminal Server, which is probably overkill for you as you would be required
to acquire licenses for both TS and Office for each connection.

Look into the Office 2003 Students and Teachers Edition - it allows up to 3
installations per software license. If you need more, then you would need
to purchase an additional software package.
